Sample fee will be collected before we start to make the sample for you , the price is different according to the complexity.

Normally it’s 80∼150usd/design(Size≤40cm. Freight charge is extra). 2 pcs of samples can be provided.

If there are several designs, we will give you a reasonable discount accordingly, samples charges will vary.

To complete the sample usually takes about 3-5 working days but may vary depending on how many styles and the complexity of the sample. If it requires a lot of printing, embroideries, or other special requirements, it may take longer.

Yes. We will never release your designs even if we don’t conclude a deal finally.

Any designs under confidential agreement are not allowed to be displayed on our website or in our showroom, they will be under unified management and safe keeping.

Our MOQ are set according to what material suppliers’ MOQ are.

•    Size≤15cm, 5000pcs/design and size.
•    15-30cm, 3000pcs/design and size.
•    30-50cm, 2000pcs/design and size.
•    Size>50cm, negotiable.

*Please note if it is a mixed order with several designs our MOQ is negotiable.

We will customize and order most materials of the plush toys, however for the auxiliary material, if the quantity is very small, like 20 meters or 10 meters, we will purchase the stocked materials for your approval first.

No matter it’s customized or stocked material, we promise that it’s brand new, clean and conform to the safety standard.

Honestly speaking, even if the material is ordered according to the sample, it will be slightly different on colors. Especially for colors of brown and grey, the dyelot chromatism exists more or less. Just don’t believe the promise of the 100% same.

However, don’t need to worry about this. The materials we order for you will be nearly the same as the original color. We will inspect the materials strictly, if the chromatism is unacceptable, materials will be re-ordered for you.

For your reference, the estimated lead time is as following:

•    MOQ-20,000pcs  45 days.
•    20,000-50,000pcs  60 days.
•    50,000-100,000pcs  70 days.
•    More than 100,000pcs, partial shipment is suggested.

Our packaging consist of 1pc/PE bag, then layered in a 5 ply corrugated carton. (AA quality level). Our carton are lined with a waterproof PE bag.

All packages can be customized to your specific request.

We provide all sorts of packaging options depending on your requirements which may include PE/OPP bag, color gift boxes (with or without window), PVC boxes, cardboard boxes etc. We will work with you on your specific needs.

Normally we accept T/T, L/C for mass goods.

T/T (Most frequently used): Normally 30% deposit before production starts, remaining balance of 70% is to be paid before releasing the Bill of Lading. If it’s shipping by air, balance need to be paid in full before delivery.

L/C: L/C is suggested for larger orders.

Western Union and PayPal can be used for sample charges only.

• By sea: Normally 30% deposit before production starts, balance to be paid before releasing the Bill of Lading.
• By air: Payment must be fully made before delivery.

Yes we have testing reports for your reference.

Test will be made only when customer requires and agrees to pay, and it’s for the target market only. So not all our products are with testing report, and a test report could not be used in all markets because requirements for different markets are different.

Once the color or material changes, test should be re-applied.
